Sourdough Crackers

My husband created a sourdough starter using the guidance from Tara Jensen @bakerhandsKing Arthur and his own intuition. Between yeast shortages and a relocation to the Bay Area, sourdough on demand seemed like a good idea.
After weeks of patience, we were rewarded with a beautiful starter, which has made focaccia, whole wheat bread, bagels and crackers. 

The crackers are a pain to roll out, but so delicious! We eat them with cheese, meat or hummus. King Arthur Sourdough recipe here

Rosemary & Sea Salt
Black Pepper & Sea Salt
Everything Seasoning & caraway seed
Sesame, Cumin Seed & Sea Salt
